This is unquestionably the easiest dessert I’ve ever made and it’s able to prepare without using oven!

1.Cover bottom of round cake form with favourite shortcake cookies

2.Mix up yoghurt with lemon jelly (melt jelly in one cup of boiling water) then wait till it cool down and become dense (but not stiff) and pour on cookies

3.Put to the fridge for 1-2 hours

4.When it will be stiff spread on the surface seasonal fruits (any fruits apart from kiwi)

4.Melt fovourite jelly in one cup of boiling water, when it become dense pour on yoghurt lawer

3.Put to the fridge for another hour
