Let me introduce you my mum’s speciality – duck. This is not only good idea for family sunday dinner, but beef substitute as well.

I’m trying to avoid beef because of my personal beliefs, but as I do some sport I need iron in my diet.

1.Cut duck skin chequered. Rub meat with cherry marinate, and store in fridge over night.

2.Then fry slightly on oil and then close in oven-pan with marinate.

3.Roast in 180 Celsius via 25 minutes

4.Meanwhile prepare sauce: stew cherry with cherry sirup, then add honey and chili and stew next 5 minutes
