Returns to the kitchen after Christmas aren’t quite easy. Actually it’s rather painful, but it is about time to come back to reality and stop regularly putting on weight.

I tried to make my lunch as colorful as possible, because nowadays through Gdańsk are going insane snow storms.


1.Combine chicken breasts with oil, ground paprika, salt, pepper and thyme. Then put on a hot pan. chicken breast

2.Add sliced mushrooms and bell pepper.

3.Add rest of vegetable (whatever you’ll find in your fridge).


4.Prepare groats (I made buckwheat, because it’s rich in magnesium, which is constantly in deficit, due to my love to coffee) and put on pan to the rest ingredients.
