The fact that a breakfast is the most important meal of the day is not a rocket science for anybody, anymore. I personally start my week day with a cup of coffe and one episode of “Friends”, I usually eat my breakfats at work in front of Outlook. Thus at the weekned I always prepare something uncommon.


You will fall in love with that oatmeal, and even not due to amount of fiber and magnesium!


1.Fry apple with butter and cinnamon.


2.Add oatmeal and honey or sugar.

3.When it’s brown, pour milk and mix till all will be dense.

4.I serve it with almond flakes, but you can roast almond as well by frying them with oatmeal.
