I have written already about my favourite warming meal – pumpkin cream soup, so now it’s about time to share with you invented by my mum recipe, for keeping autumn climate for a longer time. Our pantry has recently taken positive orange-gold colour and it’s gonna entertain us over whole winter ­čÖé

1. Boil water with cloves, sugar and vinegar.
2. Keep boiling for a while.
3. Take out cloves.
4. Pour diced pumpkin into mixture.
5. Boil again.
6. Put hot pumpkin with water to jars.
7. Pasteurize (boil sealed up jars inside water) by 20 minutes.
